Instructions to speakers

PCs and LCD projectors are available in all halls. Speakers are asked to submit the medium with the lecture (USB, CD) to the technical service 30 minutes before the section starts work.
We suggest lecturers from Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina to Power Point presentation prepared for the English language, and the lectures delivered in English or Croatian.

• All presentations will take place at the foreseen time.
• Time for presentations and short questions following them is limited to 10 minutes.
• Lecturers are kindly asked to remain in the hall during the time foreseen for discussion.
• Posters are fitted onto boards sized 100x120 cm (width x height) in the Camelia 2 Hall. Posters may be displayed one day before or at least 30 minutes before the section starts work.
• Oral or poster presentations will not be allowed unless the registration fee has been paid (except for invited speakers' presentations).
